Made from 100% Vijiriega, a near extinct indigenous varietal, this is a historical labour of love. Oozing with orange blossom, nashi pear and fried stone fruits. Sensational minerality to this wine, a freshness that lifts the pallet, but when sipped it shows its broadness and morish richness.
