Delivery

Weekday delivery charges are £9.95 on all UK* orders between £20 and £150, delivery is free over £150. Saturday delivery is available for £14.95. We do not deliver orders lower than £20. All orders may be collected in store if you select this option on checkout.

If a product is unavailable we shall contact you and either arrange a new delivery date or agree on a suitable replacement.

We operate a 48 hour delivery service, order before 6pm and we can deliver 2 working days later.

Our UK deliveries are carried out by courier using a specialised fragile liquid service, we do not make any profit from charging for delivery we are just looking to cover our costs.

* We do not deliver to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland

Shipping Policy

We make every attempt to ensure your wine is delivered in perfect condition, if your product is damaged please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue.

The courier will only attempt to deliver the products once, after which the courier will leave a calling card with a number for you to contact them and make your own arrangements with them for a suitable delivery time.

If no attempt is made in contacting the courier, after 21 days the purchase will be returned to us. We reserve the right to pass on the cost of return delivery in this event.

If you choose to have your order left with a neighbour or outside your premises we cannot hold any responsibility for loss.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery information provided by you, and you may be charged for redelivery.

We shall not be liable for any delay in delivering your wine if that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control such as, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, fire, flood, storm or Act of God, failure of ISP or telecommunications provider in connection with the performance of this Agreement.
