We have yet to meet a Gemischter Satz we don't like - what's that we hear you say? It can have no less than 5 varieties and no more than 10, and all varieties have to picked on the same day from a single site.  

The blend includes Grüner Veltliner, Muscat (Muskateller), Neuburger, and Welschriesling—reflecting Kiss’s historic field-blend style. Fresh orchard and citrus fruits (apple, pear, grapefruit), herbaceous spice, lively acidity, notes of stone fruit and tropical touches, plus mineral salinity and complexity from co-fermentation
