Cuvee de Reserve Blancs de Noirs, Gallimard, NV, France (half bottle)

This is a generous Champagne full of citrus and tropical fruit with a hint of red summer fruit. The palate is very refreshing with a creamy and moreish texture. Excellent as an aperitif, it will match very well with scallops or Asian-inspired fish dishes.  100% Pinot Noir.
