Prosecco DOC, Brut Spumante, Terre Dei Buth, Italy

This is one of the best value prosecco's we have ever tried Intense, with hints of green apple. Fresh, aromatic and elegant, with light notes of bread crust. If we are going to be stocking a prosecco it going to have to be a good one and this qualifies, we think as it is Brut in style.

We thought their food pairing was pretty fun as we haven't had one with Carrots before.  'A delicious complement to dishes with pumpkin and carrots.'
