Riesling 'Feinherb', Weingut Frey, 2021, Germany (o) (v)

Outstanding high altitude Riesling from Rheinhessen, with lots of bright white and citrus fruit, a kiss of residual sugar and 12 hours of skin contact for some structure. Ideal with spicy food this wine is both organic, vegan and weighs in at only 11% abv. The Frey riesling is a shop favourite and a glass we're all very happy to drink, we couldn't recommend it enough.
