Max creates a perfect harmony in this orange wine. Tangy lemons, fresh straw, and delicate white flowers combine with a lively texture, wild excitement, and pure aromatics. He challenges the norm in his village and produces exceptional wine using natural methods. Pur Jus is a blend of 40% Kerner, 35% Gewürztraminer, 15% Ortega, and 10% Bacchus, which undergoes a brief skin contact process before being aged for 9 months in old wood. It is then bottled without filtration or sulphur, preserving its pure and unadulterated flavours.
