Bursting with brambly notes, maybe a few fresh blackcurrants, a little smoke and spice (though it hasn’t seen any oak). Perfect to take to a BBQ - but make sure your hosts open it!

Also good with charcuterie, new season’s lamb, pork chops, roast chicken, long lazy Sunday lunches. Uncomplicated fun.
