The sort of wine where you taste a sample, and you just want to finish the bottle. 

A Fiano/Falanghina blend, with a 2-day skin maceration - so a nice straw colour.

Tropical with a touch of unami.

If you aren't a fan of natural wine, this probably isn't for you. But if you want to dip your toe in, it's a great starting place. Just please don't call it 'cidery'.
