Turbiana Montunal Lugana 2021, Montonale, Italy

Lugana is Italy's answer to Burgundy. Discuss.

This is unoaked but creamy, with a bit of weight on the palate, yet a mineral streak. It does have the look of Pinot Blanc about it, but with more of a lift. 

Hand-harvested, indigenous yeasts, on its fine lees for six months.

The one to drink with seafood risotto, a whole roast fish, lobster.
