Lambrusco made using the ancestral method (one fermentation, finished in bottle, trapping all the CO2). So yeah, a red pet nat...or sparkling red. However you wish to call it, it is fab with a platter of Italian salumi, the saltiness balancing with the gentle fruitiness of the wine. Very low in sulphites.
