Four Skins 2021, L'Entremetteuse, Chile

Snigger all you like. This is such a tasty, playful orange wine. Four grapes go into this blend - Marsanne, Roussanne, Viognier and a bit of Semillon (from a vineyard with 100-year-old vines). After crushing, the juice remains in contact with this skins for six weeks before pressing. It then goes into old barrels for a few months.

Apricoty with some salted caramel notes, a hint of blossom and some citrus hints.
