Folk Machine White Light 2022, Hobo, USA

Think all whites from California are ripe and rich? Then this blend will show another side of the golden state. Made from a blend of grapes (Friulano, Albarino, Verdelho, Riesling and Sauvignon) grown in cooler climate regions north and south of San Francisco (like Mendocino and Monterey - not the suburbs...), and picked early to retain freshness.

This clocks in at just under 12% ABV. It has nice but not overpowering aromas, feels crisp but characterful. Very summery.
