Gruner Veltliner 2021, Besas, Austria

A bright, fresh, crisp organic Gruner that makes you want to do a little dance of joy at first sip. Mineral, with a gentle white pepper note on the finish. Great with sushi and sashimi, but also good with fragrant chicken, fish or vegetable curries.

Pretty good on its own with a bag of salted crisps TBH. One to serve your friends who go a but wild-eyed if their wine isn't super dry.
