Zibibbo 'Al Qasar' 2020, Rallo, Sicily

So enticingly floral on the nose, but more stonefruity to drink.
Great with spicy seafood - around the Marsala area in Western Sicily, you'd be sipping it with the local piccante fish couscous, a legacy of the days when the island was under north African rule.
In Sicily, they give Muscat its Arabic name, too. It is fermented to dry, so absolutely not a sweet wine. Just an aromatic one.
