Cognac Grande Champagne VSOP, Paul Giraud, France

Made from grapes grown exclusively in the Grande Champagne area of Cognac - the premier cru of the six main regions. It is aged for around eight years (double the minimum), is aged in Limousin oak barrels and no colourant added. It has a fruity purity, some buttery tones and warming spicy notes.
