Sketta Grecanico 2020, Cantina Marilina, Sicily (Organic)

If you knew the last vintage, this is softer, and feels a little lighter, but still lovely, like drinking golden delicious apples, with a gentle nuttiness.

The grapes come from vineyards in south-eastern Sicily, near the dreamy little fishing village of Marzamemi. The juice spends a few hours with its skins, to give it a little texture. Minimal sulphites are used.
