Description

Seductive pink fizz made by one of the country's best sparkling winemakers, Dermot Sugrue.  Summer pudding in a glass.

A blend of 40% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir/30% Pinot Meunier from the South Downs. This current iteration is made up of 10% reserve wine from 2018, and includes 15% red wine in the blend to impart a lovely pink colour.
