Description

This is whole cluster pressed Chardonnay which means it has a purer juice extraction. 70% fermented in neutral French oak, 30% in stainless steel. Aged 6 months in 70% French oak, 30% stainless steel. This is not your confected buttery Chard it's fresh and full.

Opens up with a bright nose full of pears and soft clementine citrus. Super fresh and clean like an ocean breeze on the palate, ripe stone fruit, more citrus and pie crust.
