10-year-old single malt from an undisclosed distillery on Islay, with 25% of it having been finished in first-fill Oloroso sherry octaves (small butts). Does what it says on the bottle. Smoky, complex, and makes you want to sip it on a seaweed-strewn Scottish beach on a misty night in winter.
