Nestled on clay-gravel soils by the Ciron River, perfect for those magical botrytised grapes, this blend is mostly Sémillon with a splash of Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle. The 2021 vintage spent time in oak barrels, gaining a lovely richness and structure. 

Expect delightful flavours of honey and acacia blossoms, sweet apricot and quince preserves, zesty citrus peels like orange and grapefruit, plus a tropical twist of melon, lychee, and pineapple, all wrapped up with a subtle mineral kiss. Cheers to a playful sip!
