Prosecco DOC Brut Rosé 2020, Frassinelli, Italy
It's now official. Prosecco comes in pink, too. To be called Prosecco, some Pinot Noir needs to be involved to give it the ever-so-gentle salmon pink hue. This has around 10%.
It is brut, so that really does mean DRY (it can be confusing with Prosecco when the word 'dry' means anything but).
It's a sophisticated fizz that might even appeal to those who say they are over Prosecco. Spumante, so proper bubbles.
