Description

This Pinot Blanc was aged for nine months on its lees in old 228-litre oak barrels in the style of Burgundy. Sourced from 20+-year-old vines growing in clay and silt, marl and sandstone. It is soft, charming and not too heavy. If you don't like searing acidity in your whites, this is a must-try. Like many dry whites from Alsace, it is great with a huge variety of food - perfect for a Chinese dumpling fest.
