Pelegrim, Westwell, NV, England

A traditional bottle-fermented non-vintage dry English fizz, made from the Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and  Pinot Meunier, with reserve wines from previous vintages for further complexity. Fine bubbles and a Kent apply vibe. with some brioche aromas due to the wine being aged on it lees in bottle 36 months before being disgorged. 

The vineyard is located just below the Pilgrim Way, between Canterbury and Ashford.
