The Les Équilibristes Zestos Pét Nat 2021 is a distinctive natural sparkling wine from France's Loire Valley, crafted from a blend of Grolleau Gris and Pineau d'Aunis grapes. This Pétillant Naturel, or "Pét Nat," is produced using the ancestral method, resulting in a lively and unfiltered sparkling wine.

Full-flavoured with round tropical aromas transitioning to zesty flavours of spicy pear and dried mango.  The palate is vibrant and refreshing, with a delicate mousse and a crisp, clean finish.
