Description
If you're going to make whisky on an island steeped in centuries of illicit distilling, you might as well do a gin, right?
Using water from the distillery's own well, juniper grown on the Hebridean island, rhubarb root, orange and lemon peel plus and a triple distilled spirit- smooth, dry with bursts of juniper, richer rhubarb and citrus notes. Serve with a twist of orange peel.
