Description

Hailing from the biodynamic, organic Krásná Hora winery near Starý Poddvorov in South Moravia—sharing the same cool, aromatic-friendly latitude as Alsace and Burgundy—this playful gem is made from 100% Gewürztraminer grapes.

Two clones are picked at different ripeness levels, then fermented with extended skin contact (2–4 weeks in open vessels) and aged on lees for about 3 months. Wild yeast does its magic, with minimal sulphur and no fining or filtration, resulting in a lively, unfiltered orange wine that’s often vegan-friendly.
