Description

The nose has that classic, evocative Pinot note of subtle aromatics, spice, liquorice and blue and red fruit. The tannins and smooth and the palate fleshy with bright acidity. Completely de-stemmed fruit. Ageing is 12 months in barrel with circa 20% oak.
