Eclats de Meulière Extra Brut Champagne NV, Jeaunaux-Robin, France

We sat down with a pizza after work with the remains of a sample bottle and it blew us away. Full of flavour, and it feels quite rich for an extra brut Champagne, but still fresh. Mainly Pinot Meunier.
