The sort of fizz that will appeal to both the Champagne and the Prosecco drinkers in your life. It has a soft mousse, a generous mouthfeel and isn't bone dry. It is made using the traditional method for sparkling wine - with a secondary fermentation in bottle - using a blend of 70% Chardonnay, 20% Chenin Blanc and 10% of local grape Mauzac for terroir.
It is aged on lees for at least 30 months, aromas of orchard fruits, honey, a touch of spice and bright exotic notes to the finish.
