England, E.Sussex. Vintage 2016  Mountfield Winery near Robertsbridge is owned by Simon & Lucinda Fraser and been in Lucinda's family since the 1850's. Their winemaker and style is something we would describe as French leaning. 

A delightful sparkling wine that oozes class. Citrus and peach aromas with an appley, creamy taste with even and a hint of toastiness.

Perfect on its own or with shellfish.
