Beaujolais Nouveau is cool again...
A family domaine created in 1870. They cultivate 13 hectares from vines that are located mainly near the village of Bully in the south of Beaujolais, where the organically certified soils are rich in clay and limestone. Grapes are harvested by hand.
The carbonic maceration takes around four days. The grapes are slowly pressed and a cold and traditional vinification is carried out with only the native yeasts. Fermented and aged in cement tanks, before a light and gentle filtration.
