A wine that changes every year, according to what's left over from harvest. And this year is especially good because it has some of Adi Badenhorst's fabulous Palomino blended in with Semillon. Palamino is the grape used as a base wine for Sherry. It's not a showy grape but one that elevates other grapes and winemaking techniques. Here it adds texture while the Semillon adds the tah-dah! Sit back, relax and enjoy the experience. And for every bottle sold, Adi donates some money to save Swartland's indigenous parrots.
