100% Grenache from Barossa with a Provence swagger. The grapes are picked early to produce a light, pale, crisp and dry wine. A little time on its lees gives it a creamy, umami note that makes it a brilliant all-rounder with food, but also a great aperitif – especially whilst nibbling moutabal and crab crostini.
