What if I have a problem?
For all problems, the best thing to do is get in touch with us using the contact form on this website.

We're happy to do a simple, no-fuss exchange if there is anything wrong with your wine. We really want you to be happy. But for all wine faults we do need the bottle (and the remaining wine) back.

We can't just exchange wines because you don't like them, but we're willing to have a conversation about it with you - just use the contact form to get in touch with us.
Event Tickets:  If you can’t come to any of our events you have a bought a ticket for, we will offer a refund as long as we can re-sell the ticket. We will charge a £5 admin fee to cover our transaction costs.
