Frequently Asked Questions

What are you doing during COVID-19?
We are operating as a safe shop, Wednesday to Saturday, 12 noon 'til 7pm, Sunday, 12 noon 'til 5pm. Staff are working in two bubbles, to ensure continuation of the business if one bubble has to isolate. We are enforcing strict measures relating to person to person contact and the regular cleaning and sterilisation of any shared areas and equipment.

You can buy at a safe distance in store by viewing, choosing and paying for your wines, spirits, cheeses and meats with a card from just inside our door.
Or you can use our online shop and then click and collect from the shop when we're open. Choose the "Local Pickup" option at checkout.

If you spend more £40 or more and live in the W3, W4, W5, W6, W7, W12 or W13 postcodes we will deliver to you Thursday to Saturday for free between 4.30pm. and 7pm. Choose the "Free Local Delivery" option at Checkout.

For £12.50 we can courier your wines anywhere in the UK. Make sure we have the delivery address and choose the "£12.50 Courier Delivery" at checkout.
We're (obviously) no longer open as a wine bar.

What are your lockdown opening hours?
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the wider shop is currently closed to the public but we are doing safe, distanced sales on our doorstep using card payments.
We are still also fulfilling orders received either through our website or via email.
We are currently open:

Wednesday to Saturday: 12 noon - 7pm
Sunday: 12 noon - 5pm
(Monday, Tuesday: CLOSED)

What if I have a problem?
For all problems, the best thing to do is get in touch with us using the contact form on this website.

We're happy to do a simple, no-fuss exchange if there is anything wrong with your wine. We really want you to be happy. But for all wine faults we do need the bottle (and the remaining wine) back.

We can't just exchange wines because you don't like them, but we're willing to have a conversation about it with you - just use the contact form to get in touch with us.
