A white wine for people who like reds. Rich and textured, it is a wine to sip and savour while contemplating the day (rather than knocking back something overly-chilled from the fridge door to wind down). For the best experience, serve chilled but not near-frozen, pour into a big glass and let it unfurl as you unwind. 

A blend of Roussanne, Carignan Gris and Grenache Gris fermented in old oak, where it stayed a bit longer than planned due to the Coronavirus, and the difficulties of travel. Winemaker Richard Bray lives in Chiswick when not in the Roussillon.

The richness is balanced by the mineral jolt of the Carignan Gris. The back label is how all back labels should be written...
