Everyone digs the big pig, named after the bankers who wouldn’t lend money to winemaker. We’ve sold this wine in our shop since day one and it has remained a firm favourite.
Organically-grown grapes (mainly Tempranillo), whole bunch fermentation, no filtration, no stabilisation and minimal sulphur, this hands-off wine is full bodied with a light spicy note and an earthy aspect. Really good with a dinner from the Chapati Club (where it is listed).
