Sauvignon grown in Tuscany can be a mixed bag. We've had examples where the acidity is missing. But this has some real zip, aided by a portion of zesty, aromatic Vermentino. And if you think you are over the ubiquitous Sauvignon, this may make you fall in love with it all over again - or at least re-appraise the grape. It's luscious and not as steely as you'd get in France, but neither is it as shouty as some examples from New Zealand. A class act. Biodynamic, organic, vegan.
